Marie-Christine has an extensive experience in dealing with all employment-related issues arising in the context of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, outsourcing, cross-border transactions, as well as relations with personnel representative institution (setting up and functioning of such institution, information and consultation process) and working with unions (collective bargaining negotiation). More generally, she assists the clients in their day-to-day human resources management (employment contract, remuneration, profit-sharing plan, employee savings plan, working time, internal rules and policies, dismissals, collective redundancies, retirement, international mobility, etc.).
