Paul-Henri, 38-year-old, is a Partner at Meridian. Paul-Henri started his career in the international law firms Gide and Freshfields Bruckhaus and Deringer, before joining a French law firm where he was Of Counsel.
Paul-Henri has a twelve-year experience in M&A and Project. He advises his clients in various sectors (pharmaceutical companies, IT, chemicals, cosmetics, retail…).
Paul has in particular a leading practice in renewables. He is in charge of the Meridian Renewable Energy Team which includes five lawyers.
He thus assists clients (investment funds, developers, utilities and other major groups) in the development, structuring, launch, implementation, financing, operation and acquisition and sale of energy projects (wind farms, photovoltaic plants, methanization plants and other innovative technologies).
He was admitted to the Bar in 2006.
He graduated from HEC (Grande Ecole - Master in Management - 2006), London School of Economics (LL.M in Corporate Law and Securities - 2004) and Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (Master (DEA) in Business Law and Economics - 2003).
